2023 Sala del Maniscalco, and Rampa di Francesco di Giorgio Martini, Urbino, 12/15 August, Licei Artistici 2023 eand Tertiary Schools 2022: "DISABILITY and TRANSFORMATION for an INCLUSIVE SOCIETY"

All the works submitted by students from the 2023 Art High Schools and the 2022 University and High School courses on the same theme: "DISABILITY AND TRANSFORMATION FOR AN INCLUSIVE SOCIETY" were part of the exhibition in the Blacksmith's Hall.

The exhibition, inaugurated on August 15, 2023, features 180 works. Most are printed on rigid panels, while others are presented on screens in the room because they are videos. Among the original works on display are all those sent by the Vittoria Art High School in Trento, and a tactile work by a student enrolled in university-level institutions. Some of the videos featured on the largest screen in the room were presented in June at the 60th International Film Festival of New Cinema in Pesaro.

This year, the non-profit organization Piattaforma Solidale is also participating in the exhibition on Art and Disability with works competing in the Art Competition “A Solidarity and Inclusive World Against All Forms of Violence,” a competition promoted by the Association in the Art High Schools of the Marche region. The video containing a selection of the submitted works can be viewed in the room.

The exhibition is open from August 12 to 15.
