We inform you, in your capacity as visitor/user of this website, that the Associazione PREMIO ELEANOR WORTHINGTON - ODV has adapted its privacy policy in full compliance with EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).

Art. 1 Data Controller

The data controller on the websites is the Associazione PREMIO ELEANOR WORTHINGTON - ODV, with registered office in 61029 URBINO (PU) - Italy, Via Pian del monte, 2, C.F. 91024060419.

Art. 2 Types of personal data and methods of provision

The data processed by the Data Controller are:

Common identification data (name, surname, city, occupation, mobile phone, email address) provided by the user, also through IT tools, electronic cards, applications, etc. for the use of newsletter services, for requesting information on the Association's activities;

Technical navigation data.

No navigation data is collected for profiling purposes.

Art. 3 Purposes and legal bases of processing

The data and cookies received from the user will be processed by the Data Controller exclusively with methods and procedures necessary to provide you with the requested services and for any additional purposes for which consent has been given.

We inform you that some activities may be carried out through suppliers, specifically appointed as Data Processors, including those residing outside the European Union.

The legal bases of the purposes described above are the execution of your request as an interested party and the consents expressed by you.

Art. 4 Dissemination, communication and subjects who access the data

Your personal data will not be disseminated but may be communicated where necessary for the provision of the service to third parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, consultants, professionals) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller for technical or organizational tasks instrumental to the provision of the services.

Access to data is also permitted to categories of persons in charge of the Data Controller involved in the organization for data processing (administrative, commercial, marketing, customer service, system administrators);

The updated list of Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller.

The Data Controller may exercise the right to communicate to third parties only in the event of specific and optional consent.

Art. 5 Transfer of data abroad

Your personal data will be processed within the territory of the European Union.

If for technical and/or operational reasons it becomes necessary to use parties located outside the European Union, or it becomes necessary to transfer some of the data collected to technical systems and services managed in the cloud and located outside the European Union area, the processing will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the Regulation and authorized on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union. Therefore, all necessary precautions will be taken to ensure the most complete protection of personal data by basing such transfer:

a) on decisions of adequacy of the recipient third countries expressed by the European Commission;

b) on adequate guarantees expressed by the recipient third party pursuant to art. 46 of the Regulation;

c) on the adoption of binding corporate rules, so-called Corporate Binding Rules.

Art. 7 Duration of processing and storage of personal data

The Data Controller, as provided for by Art. 5.1, letter e) of the GDPR will process the data provided for the entire duration of the execution of the requested services and will keep them for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and in any case, in compliance with the applicable regulatory provisions.

Art. 8 Rights of the interested party

The Associazione PREMIO ELEANOR WORTHINGTON - ODV guarantees the user the right to exercise at any time the rights provided for by Art. 12 of the GDPR.

In particular, you have the right:

– to know if the Data Controller holds and/or processes personal data relating to you and to access them in full, including by obtaining a copy (Art. 15 - Right of access);

– to the rectification of inaccurate personal data or the integration of incomplete personal data (Art. 16 - Right of rectification);

– to the erasure of personal data held by the Data Controller if one of the reasons provided for by the GDPR exists (Art. 17 - Right to Erasure);

– to ask the Data Controller to limit the processing to only some personal data, if one of the reasons provided for by the Regulation exists (Art. 18 - Right to restriction of processing);

– to request and receive all your personal data processed by the owner, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device or request transmission to another owner without impediments (Art. 20 - Right to Portability);

– to object in whole or in part to the processing of data for the purpose of sending advertising material and market research (so-called Consent) (Art. 21 - Right to object);

– to object in whole or in part to the processing of data in automatic or semi-automatic mode for profiling purposes (so-called Consent);

The exercise of these rights can be carried out by communicating to the Data Controller and/or the Data Protection Officer whose contact details are indicated in the appropriate section of this information.

Furthermore, you always have the right to send a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority, which can be contacted at the address: garante@gpdp.it or via the website http://www.gpdp.it.

Art. 9 Data Protection Officer

The association has identified and appointed, pursuant to Art. 37 of the GDPR, a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and has internal resources to manage requests relating to the privacy of its users.
