Con questo lavoro, il mio intento è quello di portare le disabilità allo scoperto. O, metaforicamente parlando, "dare loro un po' d'aria". Le 5 magliette appese nel parco di York St John rappresentano uno stendino. Ho pensato che il vento autunnale si adattasse bene al concetto. 4 delle 5 magliette rappresentano disabilità nascoste. Ho utilizzato stili diversi per rappresentare la varietà delle disabilità. Le citazioni sotto le immagini vogliono essere edificanti o contemplative.

Can you see me?

It is my intention with this work to bring disabilities out into the open. Or metaphorically speaking “give them an airing”. The 5 T shirts hung in the grounds of York St John represent a laundry line. I thought the autumnal wind fed into the concept nicely. 4 of the 5 T Shirts represent hidden disabilities. I used multiple styles to represent the variety of disabilities. The quotes underneath the images are intended to be uplifting or contemplative.
