LOTTANDO CON IL DOLORE QUOTIDIANO

Questa storia parla del dolore quotidiano di una donna disabile con complessi bisogni di salute.Visualizza il suo dolore come un grosso lottatore grasso chiamato Everyday Pain e il suo sollievo dal dolore comeuna dominatrice crudele ma allettante chiamata Sister Morphine. La donna è una studentessa d'arte e affronta molte difficoltà quotidiane. Vediamo come trova un modo perdistrarsi all'interno della sua pratica artistica e dei problemi e delle soluzioni che trova.Vede la sua pratica come un giovane ragazzo chiamato Art.La sua famiglia e il suo gatto la aiutano.Si rende anche conto di non essere sola e le persone in tutto il mondo stanno lottando con Everyday Pain (dolorequotidiano).Ci viene raccontata un'altra storia dai suoi amici sul gruppo Facebook di Wrestling with Everyday Pain (dolorequotidiano). Si tratta di Pat, che vede la speranza per la sua protesi d'anca svanire come una vecchia bambola di pezza. Ma Pat ottiene l'operazione all'anca, e la bambola che si chiama Speranza e' aggiustata, e  tutte le speranze ritornano.

STRUGGLING WITH DAILY PAIN

This story is about the everyday pain of a disabled woman with complex health needs. She visualises her pain as a big fat wrestler called Everyday Pain and her pain relief as a cruel but tempting dominatrix called Sister Morphine. The woman is an art student and faces lots of everyday difficulties. We see how she finds a way to distract herself within her artistic practice and the problems and solutions she finds. She sees her practice as a friendly young lad called Art. Her family and her cat help her. She also realises that she is not alone, and people worldwide are wrestling with Everyday Pain. We are told another story from her friends on the Wrestling with Everyday Pain Facebook group. This is about Pat, who sees hope for his hip replacement fading like an old rag doll.
