L’UOMO CHE SOGNAVA CAPOVOLTO

Un ragazzo con la sindrome di Down sogna di poter toccare il mondo capovolto,  una realtà che ritiene diversa dalla sua, anche se inconsapevolmente ne fa già parte. La società tende ad etichettare il mondo, ribaltando e selezionando, distorcendo e scolorendo quelli che mi farebbe tanto piacere chiamare “valori umani”, costruendo una scala di grigi che comprendono solamente il bianco e il nero.

THE MAN WHO DREAMT UPSIDE DOWN

A young man with the Down’s syndrome dreams of being able to touch the upsidedown world, a reality which he considers different from his own, even though he already belongs to it, even though he is unaware of it. Society tends to label the world, by toppling over and selecting, biasing and discolouring those that I would be so happy to call “human values”, building a stepladder of greys which only include black and white.
