Titolo e concept del progetto/opera:
Masking
“Masking” è un progetto che è stato pensato per essere una metafora dell'autismo. Gli animali rappresentano le persone neurotipiche, mentre gli esseri umani quelle neurodivergenti, ma nello specifico, affette d'autismo. Kamilah per tutta la sua vita credeva d'essere sola, ma alla fine scopre che come lei ce ne sono tanti.
Masking
“Masking” is a project that was thought to be a metaphor for autism. Animals represents neurotypical people, while humans the neurodivergent ones, specifically, affected by autism. For her entire life, Kamilah thought that she was the only one, figures that’s not the case and there are others just like her.
