Titolo e concept del progetto/opera:     

Inquiete presenze

In quest’opera ho voluto rappresentare l’incombenza di uno stato d’animo di inquietudine percepito da una persona, a causa dei pregiudizi che la circondano. L’ambientazione e gli oggetti in bianco e nero rappresentano invece la percezione della società attuale, sempre intenta a distinguere nettamente i pregi ed i difetti di un individuo, senza bilanciare le due cose. A parlare di disabilità sono solo le tre protesi che si confondono con le scarpe, raffigurate sulla sinistra.

Restless presences

In this work, I wanted to depict the looming state of unease felt by a person, due to the prejudices surrounding them. The black-and-white setting and objects, on the other hand, represent the perception of today's society, always intent on sharply distinguishing an individual's strengths and weaknesses, without balancing the two. The only thing that speaks of disability are the three prosthetics that blend in with the shoes, depicted on the left.
