Titolo e concept del progetto/opera:     

CAN YOU HEAR ME?

Con questo elaborato ho voluto rappresentare ciò che secondo me vive una persona affetta da disabilità ai giorni d’oggi, dove visti i mezzi disponibili, l’inclusività dovrebbe essere maggiore e più semplici. Al centro si trova un ragazzo circondato da una bolla, con la quale ho voluto rappresentare la sordità e l’isolamento dal mondo che può crearsi, interrotto dall’intervento di una persona esterna che la scoppia, liberando il ragazzo. Nello sfondo è rappresentato una sorta di puzzle di persone stilizzate rappresentante l’integrazione all’ interno di un gruppo, accompagnato dal titolo di un brano di Simon e Garfunkel “the sound of silence” per rappresentare ciò che prova la persona sorda e in più la frase “time to change the music” che si ricollega sia al titolo che al cambiamento.

CAN YOU HEAR ME?

With this paper i wanted to represent what in my opinion a person with a disability lives nowadays where, given the means available, inclusiveness should be greater and simpler.In the center is a boy surrounded by a bubble, with which i wanted to represent the deafness and isolation from the world, that can be interrupted by the intervention of an external person who bursts it, freeing the boy.In the background is represented a sort of puzzle of stylized people representing the integration within a group, accompanied by the title of a song by Simon and Garfunkel “the sound of silence”to represent what the deaf person feels and in addition the sentence “time to change the music” relinking both title and change.
